Return & Exchange Policy

Easy Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with a product, Raiments offers an “Easy Return Policy.” You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is returned in its original condition with packaging, invoice, and tags intact.

We also accept partial returns for individual or multiple products in your order.

Registered Customers

Registered customers can easily initiate a return request from their account by following these steps:

  1. Go to “Order History.”
  2. Select the specific order and item.
  3. Click on the “Return” button.
  4. Fill in all required fields and select the “Exchange / Refund” option.

Upon acceptance of your return request, a Return ID will be generated, and you will receive confirmation via your registered email address. We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your location. The refund or exchange process will commence upon receiving the product.

Note : If your request is for a exchange, it’s subject to stock availability. If a exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Product Claim Policy

Footwear and Accessories
  • A 100% claim is allowed within 1 month of purchase if there’s a manufacturing defect, with a copy of the bill.
  • Products purchased within 30 days must be returned with the original bill. Ensure that the claimed defect is genuine, with no intentional or unintentional external damage. We cannot compensate for products damaged due to negligence, misuse, or wear and tear.
  • Approval for claims will be based on genuineness, usage, and repairability, ranging from 50% to 100% of the product price.
  • Claims for products older than 30 days from the date of invoice will not be entertained.
Apparel
  • A 100% claim is allowed within 1 month of purchase for manufacturing defects (e.g., shrinkage, color fastness) with a copy of the bill.
  • Return all products with the original bill, ensuring the defect is genuine and that proper washing and ironing instructions were followed.

Refund

Refunds will be issued to your Raiments Wallet or the original payment method within 7-12 working days upon request. The refund process begins upon receiving the products. Please review the return and exchange policy carefully.

Note: This policy applies to both international and in-store customers. Consumers are responsible for the cost of return, exchange, or refund.
